Welcome to my faculty home page. I hope you find the information useful, or in the least find out more about what I do and about the place at which I work. I am an associate professor in the psychology department at the University of La Verne. La Verne’s mission includes supporting and promoting values, life-long learning, community and diversity, and community service. I believe strongly in these values, as they are the values and skills that will help our students be successful and active members of their community and professions. I teach undergraduate, masters, and doctoral level courses, and I advise the Psi Chi International Honor Society chapter at our university. The courses I mainly teach are statistics, social psychology, learning and behavior, and research methods. My research interests include social perception, procrastination and student motivation, and technology and teaching.
