Professor Egly is the Director of Clinical Programs, which gives law students hands-on legal experience under the supervision of a practicing attorney. Professor Egly was instrumental in designing and supervising the College of Law’s clinical externship program.
In 1990, Professor Egly served in the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. She also worked with a civil litigation firm where she litigated cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to her private practice experience, she developed a legal clinic in San Clemente and has been a frequent speaker on family law and child custody cases.
